The assembly process was manageable thanks to the included manual, although it could definitely benefit from having some visual aids to make it easier. The instructions were clear, but pictures would have helped speed things up. I decided not to put the handlebar up as I'm planning to use the trampoline indoors. It's easy to transport from outside to inside, which is a big plus. The trampoline feels sturdy and appears to be of good quality. The safety pads, bungee cords, and strengthened steel construction give me confidence in its durability. Another bonus is the included resistance bands for different levels, which is great. So far, it's been a great addition to my home workout routine, and I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use out of it.

The instructions to assemble the trampoline are fairly straightforward but could have benefited with more detail on the parts, and a couple of diagrams. The frame is folded into two, and when unfolded one half can be pulled over the other to lock it into place to form the trampoline top. The elasticated skirt, which protects the springs then needs to fitted, followed by each of the six legs which are screwed in, and then the feet are pushed onto to them. The uprights that support the hand rails are then pushed onto two adjacent fixing points and held in place by the nuts and bolts tightened with the spanner, all of which are provided. The two hand rail arms are then fitted, these being height adjustable (4 heights) by selecting an appropriate hole in the arm before fixing with the two hand wheel bolts. The top arm support is the connected to the arms by slotting it in to locate the press button into the hole in each arm. Once assembled the trampoline measures about 101.5 cm in diameter, with a total height of up to 110 cm. There are 32 bungee type springs supporting the trampoline which it suggests is capable of supporting weights up 181 kgs, so should be more than adequate for most people. The information suggests that it can be easily folded for convenient storage but I suggest that is a bit misleading, since to be able to do so means removing the hand rail arms, and undoing the bolts holding at least once of the supporting arms; so a little more complicated than is being made out. Supplied with the trampoline are a set of 5 arm resistance bands (rated from 10 to 50 lbs) and 3 ankle bands (extra light, medium, and extra heavy) all contained in a handy carry bag. The arm bands can be strapped to a door or similar place using the Velcro fittings, or as shown in the description wrapped round a post or pole. There are many fitness trampolines to choose from, but this looks to be well constructed, and has the benefit of having hand rails so I guess it is not a bad price for what you get.

The media could not be loaded. it's an excellent option and great value for money. Lovely fitness trampoline for beginners and great for home use. It's easy to assemble (just be careful with your fingers). One person is more than enough to assemble it and install the handlebar. All the metal pieces seem to be strong and it will last. It can be used with and without the handlebar (it's up to you and the type of exercise). I've been using it for 3 days now and I just Iove it. The quality is amazing, I had 0 issues so far and the best part is that it can be folded and stored under your bed. Very compact and smart design. Very good bounce and strong material. The 6 feet are very sturdy and it's also very good on a carpeted floor. The handlebar height can be adjusted which is amazing as my daughter wants to use it all the time. The set also includes a resistance band set (10lbs, 20lbs, 30lbs, 40lbs, and 50lbs), small resistance bands (x-light, medium, and x-heavy), and a small "book" with instructions and exercises you can do which is great. Overall it's a very good product and I would highly recommend it!

This is a really great sturdy fitness trampoline. I was really expecting much to be honest bjt I was hugely surprised with the quality. It feels very sturdy and robust and the tension of the springs is great. It feels like it can really withstand a busy fitness regime. I love that it comes with extra bands as well. Really great for an all over workout. It was pretty easy to assemble but putting the feet on took a little longer than expected. They were pretty stiff to out on and needed some adjustments to get them on straight once on. I think it’s great that you can fold it down for storage but to be honest, it’s not the quickest thing to put down. If you’re going to use it regularly, it’s probably better to keep it up. Other than these two small niggles, a really great big and addition to your home workout. Very pleased with it.

I was impressed to find it came with resistance bands neatly stored in a carry bag, making it convenient to take them anywhere. One thing, I would like to appreciate is the height of the trampoline from the ground. It's perfect for everyone, even for kids.
