Smaller than I thought even though I measured it and turns out the feet are included in the size of the whole thing and not the actual jumping part so slightly disappointed but was good quality simple to put together, it’s stable and the safety net seems to be holding well so overall happy

This item sold is not as is specified in the advert. The actual size is much smaller than is advertised. Once I built the trampoline and realised it was smaller than advertised I contacted the seller to explain this along with photographic evidence that the specified measurements were incorrect. The follow up customer service was poor. They did not attempt to resolve this and just referred me to their returns policy, which isn’t easy once you have assembled a trampoline!! I assume this is part of their tactic to not resolve customer complaints. The quality of the trampoline is actually very good but if you are looking for a 5ft+ trampoline as advertised, this is not what you will receive!! Once built this is less that 3ft 6inches wide so not suitable for kids over 4.

I had hoped that this would be a nice review but unfortunately the quality of manufacture of this item is at best shoddy. One of the main structural components which supports the legs and upper stanchions was bent out of shape and would not fit together this was obvious and was covered in paint so must have taken place in China when it was manufactured and should have been picked up in a quality control inspection. Were it not for the fact that I am an engineer and have a great range of tools available to me I would have needed to return this item, so I was able to rectify it myself. Imagine the disappointment of some youngster on Christmas day had that not have been the case. The instructions are worse than useless, the tool they sent for assembly was not up to the task but I suppose everybody has access to a decent screwdriver. One of the elastic straps which secure the corners of the mat to the legs snapped off when being fastened and the net which is supposed to keep your child safe is so loosely fitting it is possible for the child to get trapped between it and the metal hexagonal support if falling bum first that way. Despite all these shortcomings my grand-daughter absolutely loves it and with adult supervision she can thoroughly enjoy herself. This is an item manufactured to a price and not to a specification I consider well made. I have only used it indoors so far and do not hold out much hope for it's longevity once it goes outside. So I would say you are not being ripped off at this price but please be aware of it's limitations before you purchase one.

Lovely first trampoline, bought as a birthday gift arrived on time. Very easy to put together and happy it is strong and nice and safe for my grandson. He absolutely loves it, l popped in a few coloured balls he loves watching them bounce in and out of the trampoline as he jumped kept him well entertained.
