The trampoline itself is quite easy to put together if you have the correct tools but it is by no means a heavy duty trampoline as described, my daughter is not a heavy child and the trampoline touches the ground when she is jumping which leads me to think that the quality of the actual mat is very poor and one of the springs has already snapped so overall quality not very good. Extremely dangerous at least 10 springs have snapped and hit my child in the body leaving big black bruising. My child is a Sen child and relies on the trampoline to regulate herself. She’s now afraid to use a trampoline. We have had this trampoline 2 months the first spring snapping off and hitting my child in the back (pics shown injury straight after it happened) after 2 weeks. This company only want to refund not investigate the products saftey. Seeking legal advice about the service I’ve had.
